Just based outside Stockholm where our main market is. From here we do Domestic and international moves with Sweden as start or destination.
We specialize in export packing and small removals on a short notice, of course we do regular moves as well.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
All issues regarding damages will be solved according to Bohag 2010 for domestic moves , General conditions for International moves .
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Our best tip is . Let the removal company pack your valuable items. If you pack it yourself and it is damaged it will be a problem with the insurance.

Tolles Team vor Ort, aber erhebliche Mängel in der Kommunikation
Das Team von RTS International war beim Auf- und Entladen unserer Sachen super freundlich, professionell und extrem effizient. Die Arbeit vor Ort lief wirklich reibungslos und wir waren von der Schnelligkeit begeistert.
Leider lässt die Kommunikation der Firma stark zu wünschen übrig. Für uns gab es hier absolut keine Transparenz: Wir wurden vorab nicht darüber informiert, dass unsere Sachen zwischendurch noch einmal umgeladen werden. Noch ärgerlicher war, dass uns erst im Nachhinein bewusst wurde, dass die Lieferung erst 1 1/2 Wochen später ankommt.
Fazit: Wer ein fleißiges und freundliches Team für den reinen Transport sucht, ist hier richtig. Man sollte sich jedoch alle logistischen Details und Lieferfristen vorab schriftlich geben lassen, da die proaktive Kommunikation der Firma leider ungenügend war.

RTS was very efficient, we had a big and complicated relocation and he managed to fix it. The day that we bought our house, and the enormous truck would come with all our furniture, we met the truck on our way from the notary’s office to our new home. The last kilometers we drove one after the other, amazing! [Name removed by Sirelo] was very good at planning, organizing and improvising when necessary, always in a positive mood.
