All issues regarding damages will be solved according to Bohag 2010 for domestic moves , General conditions for International moves .
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Our best tip is . Let the removal company pack your valuable items. If you pack it yourself and it is damaged it will be a problem with the insurance.

Last week I did a move from Stockholm to Madrid with RTS International and everything went as smooth as possible. They offered affordable prices, great customer service and all my stuff (including the very fragile ones) arrived to the destination without a scratch. I highly recommend this company!
