In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during the move, we document the incident and handle the claim according to our insurance policy and industry standards. Our goal is always to resolve any issue quickly and fairly for the customer.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    Plan your move in advance and make a clear inventory of what needs to be moved. Decluttering before the move can save both time and cost. It’s also helpful to label boxes clearly and inform the moving company about stairs, elevators or parking conditions at the addresses so the move can be planned efficiently.
