Grabbarna Flytt is a moving company started in 2015 as a side gig for the founders while at university. Grabbarna Flytt has been developed into a well-established moving and logistics company with customers all around Europe and offices in both Helsinki and Stockholm.

Good moving service but very poor cleaning service. They did not follow any check list for cleaning, only a quick vacuum, poor clearing of bathroom and extremely poor cleaning of windows. The apartment looked worse than before they start working on it. After complaining and one more visit, nothing was improved. We had to spend several hours more after their second visit to finish cleaning ourselves. At the end they refunded part of cleaning fee, but not worth the stress. Use a professional cleaning company for flyttstäd.

Super efficient service. They managed to pack all our belongings in boxes, move all furniture and boxes, and clean our apartment, all in one single afternoon.
Storage worked flawless and now after 2 months the move in went great - very seamless and efficient altogether.

We booked the premium package and the moving and packing was on time and really fast. Cleaning was also efficient and the apartment was super clean. Communication by email was also quick and responsive.
However, communication was unclear. Prices change without any kind of information except that your move has been optimised. If you dont keep track yourself, don’t be surprised that the cost went up. Also, the start time can just change without any kind of notification so if you dont refresh the page to check, you might have your time changed without knowing.
Improvement points: Communicate clearly when things change and why to the customer.

We used Grabbarna Flytt for a full-service move in Stockholm. The team was friendly and efficient, and the process was impressively quick overall.
There were a few issues with communication and execution on moving day, and one item was damaged. However, the company took our feedback seriously and offered fair compensation, which we appreciated.
Not a perfect experience, but handled very professionally in the end.

The moving firm has clear documentation on their pricing model and there hasn't been any surprise charges.
