However, communication was unclear. Prices change without any kind of information except that your move has been optimised. If you dont keep track yourself, don’t be surprised that the cost went up. Also, the start time can just change without any kind of notification so if you dont refresh the page to check, you might have your time changed without knowing.
Improvement points: Communicate clearly when things change and why to the customer.
There were a few issues with communication and execution on moving day, and one item was damaged. However, the company took our feedback seriously and offered fair compensation, which we appreciated.
Not a perfect experience, but handled very professionally in the end.
