Warning! , lost so much stuff in the move and they didn’t cover anything! Boxes arrived with half of the stuff, they opened the boxes and stole stuff. Costumer service are rude and just send you arround to different people and nothing happens! Big WARNING!! Do not use this company if you want your stuff to arrive, And even if you pay for ensurance it doesent cover if not your whole boxes are lost.

Unprofessional international relocation from Sweden to Switzerland.
My experience with Future Mobility AB is overall very negative and beyond disappointing.
I contacted Future Mobility in August 2024 for a relocation from Sweden (Uppsala) to Switzerland (Bern).
Every step in this moving has been a failure. The personal in charge of picking up my boxes was outsourced to another company. They showed up several hours earlier than initially agreed and required me to adjust to their schedule because they couldn't wait to finish their shift. They took the initiative to pack my personal belongings with no care at all and without asking for permission. One of them also looked over my shoulder to comment on the content of the last boxes I was packing! They didn't protect the beds properly, so they both arrived damaged and dirty on the mattress side. Some items were missing and others broken and removed, without any notice or acknowledgment from the company. They didn't do the packing list and asked me, after they left with all my things so send them the packing list. Unbelievable!
The communication with the company agent was very poor from beginning to end, so I had to constantly ask for updates. The guidance from Future Mobility with the customs formalities has also been very unprofessional. Part of the promised service is to clear the customs but they didn't inform me the paper of the custom declaration is mandatory and must be provided to the loading agents: 'they didn't know'.
The company delayed the delivery for over a week and didn't even inform me, starting with the day of the expected delivery! To find out that the truck had yet not left the warehouse from Sweden. Nor they informed me that my belonging left the warehouse when they decided to proceed. It is impossible to plan around such an unprofessional service and it generates high unforeseen costs (e.g. extra housing rent) that the company starts to offer compensation for and then, withdraw the promise.

I have no strong enough word to say how unreliable, unsatisfying, stressful, disappointing and expensive this company's service ended-up to be and how much I recommend any person trying to plan, organise and prepare their relocation to look for another company which provides more reliable services.Read more

The communication was good all the way through the process. Everything was handled very professionally and the guys worked really hard and fast. We are very satisfied.

They were supper helpful planning the move, and the moving personel was amazing. We had a tight schedule, and they delivered even faster than what we expected.

Hidden expenses. Loose packing in the cartons which increased the volume. They demanded 13000 SEK for only 0.33 cub m. above the ordinary volume of 6 cub m.
Finally I settled down for 10000 kr. extra. Moreover I did not get any list of kolli.
