They already received the full payment in their account just 1 working day after the cancelled delivery date and yet they have not scheduled the new delivery date. They are counting the days before they schedule the next delivery so that they can charge more...no compassion and flexibility for an excellent customer experience, it is a nightmare experience. They don't want to listen to customers even when I called them almost begging not to cancel the delivery because the payment is made and it was just bank transaction delays.
When they told me that their policy is 'No payment, no delivery' I told them not to schedule the delivery until they received the payment so that there will be no miss delivery charge. But still they sent the truck to deliver and then cancel when the truck was just 30 minutes away from my apartment, and they called that missed delivery when in fact I told them not to deliver if they had not received the payment yet. It was a clear money milking exercise...an excellent customer experience??? They charged me an extra Euro1340 for the missed delivery that they caused. I told them do not deliver if payment is not received yet…clear money milking scheme.
Frustrating...DO NOT USE this company for your relocation, you might get a nightmare also.Read more
